Amazon Pay Stub Access: Employee, DSP & Flex Record Guide
An independent checklist for identifying the actual employer, using the current payroll route, and requesting Amazon, DSP, or contractor payment records.
Updated:
Published by DG Paystub Editorial Team. An independent checklist for identifying the actual employer, using the current payroll route, and requesting Amazon, DSP, or contractor payment records.
DG Paystub is independent and is not affiliated with Amazon, a Delivery Service Partner, or a payroll provider. The correct record source depends first on who legally paid you.
Identify the Payer
- An Amazon employee should use the current employee or payroll route supplied by Amazon.
- A Delivery Service Partner driver may be employed by a separate company; that company is the payroll issuer.
- An independent contractor, including a worker treated as self-employed for a platform, generally relies on payment statements, invoices, deposits, and tax forms rather than an employee pay stub.
Check the employer or payer name on an existing official record before choosing a portal or support channel.
Current-Employee Checklist
- Use the employee route or app identified in current onboarding or authenticated employer materials.
- Verify the app publisher and final domain.
- Complete only the live authorized sign-in or recovery flow.
- Open the pay or payroll area applicable to your employee group.
- Save the unaltered statement securely.
Different employee populations or acquired businesses can use different payroll systems. Ask the authorized HR contact rather than guessing that a third-party ADP or other page applies.
Former-Employee Records
Post-separation access can vary. Do not plan around a third-party claim of 30, 90, or any other number of days. If the authorized recovery route fails, use contact information in current separation documents or an independently verified employer channel to request records.
Do not provide a full Social Security number, password, or one-time code to an unverified caller or ordinary email address.
Contractor and Flex Records
A contractor's platform statement is not an employer-issued pay stub. Retain:
- platform earning statements;
- contracts and invoices;
- deposit records;
- expense records;
- Forms 1099 when applicable; and
- filed tax records.
The IRS explains worker status in its independent contractor guidance and self-employment recordkeeping in the self-employed tax center.
Reviewing the Record
Compare pay periods, hours, rates, premiums, taxes, benefits, net pay, and YTD totals with schedules, time records, elections, and the matching deposit. Ask the actual employer or payer for a correction.
Form W-2 or 1099
The form depends on worker classification and the payer's reporting duty. For a missing or incorrect W-2, see IRS Topic 154. For information-return questions, use the payer and current IRS instructions rather than creating a substitute.
Personal Records
A personal pay-record preview can help reconcile genuine contractor or side-business figures. It does not connect to Amazon systems, determine worker classification, or verify income.
Frequently Asked Questions
Where does an Amazon employee get a pay stub?
Use the current employee or payroll route supplied by Amazon for that employee group. This article intentionally does not prescribe an unverified universal menu path.
Does a DSP driver use Amazon payroll?
Not necessarily. Many DSP drivers are employed by a separate delivery company. The legal employer shown on hiring and payroll records controls.
Does an independent Flex driver receive an employee pay stub?
An independent contractor generally uses platform payment, business, bank, and tax records rather than an employer-issued statement.
Can every former employee keep portal access?
No universal public period is guaranteed. Use the authorized record-request process if access has ended.
Is DG Paystub affiliated with Amazon?
No. It is an independent educational service.
