Published by DG Paystub Editorial Team. An independent guide to the current Dollar General and Money Network sign-in surfaces, safe account recovery, and reviewing employer-issued pay statements.

DG Paystub is an independent service. It is not Dollar General or Money Network, cannot sign in to an employee account, and cannot retrieve or issue Dollar General pay statements.

Verified Surfaces at Our Last Review

On August 30, 2026:

The Money Network page displayed a notice requiring users—including previously registered users—to register for the updated pay-statement portal. Follow the live page and current employer instructions because routes and requirements can change.

Choose the Right Page

Use the employee sign-in route for the functions your employer assigns to it. Use the separate pay-statement portal when current Dollar General instructions direct you there for statements. Do not assume that credentials from one system work in the other.

If your onboarding document or authenticated employee page provides a different route, use that employer-provided route and verify the final domain after redirects.

Safe Access Checklist

  1. Obtain the link from a current, authorized employer source.
  2. Check the complete address before entering credentials.
  3. Use the registration or recovery control displayed on that verified page.
  4. Follow only the identity fields the live form requests.
  5. Save employer-issued statements in a secure location when appropriate.
  6. Sign out and close the browser on a shared device.

Never send a password, one-time code, full Social Security number, or bank credentials to someone who contacts you unexpectedly.

Common Access Problems

ProblemSafe next step
Old pay-portal credentials failReview the current re-registration notice and use the verified registration control
Username forgottenUse the username-recovery control on the correct portal
Password forgotten or expiredUse the password-recovery control shown on that verified page

Do not rely on an unofficial waiting time or try to bypass an account lock.

Reviewing an Employer-Issued Statement

Identity and period

Check the worker identifier, pay-period start and end, pay date, and work location if shown.

Earnings

Compare regular hours, overtime, bonuses, leave, and adjustments with schedules, time records, and written policies. Covered nonexempt employees generally receive federal overtime after 40 hours in a workweek, subject to the applicable rules and any more protective state law. See the Department of Labor overtime guidance.

Taxes

Common federal lines include federal income-tax withholding, Social Security, and Medicare. For 2026, the Social Security Administration lists a $184,500 contribution and benefit base. See the SSA wage-base table, IRS Topic 751, and IRS Publication 15-T.

Benefits and other deductions

Compare each amount with current elections, plan documents, court orders, or other source records. Ask payroll for the meaning of an employer-specific code.

Net pay and YTD

Reconcile net pay with the matching deposit or check. Compare YTD values with prior official periods while accounting for corrections and off-cycle payments.

Pay Dates

This site does not publish an unverified universal Dollar General payday calendar. Use the frequency and dates shown on your own official statements or employer payroll calendar. See our source-based pay-schedule guide.

Former Employees

Access can change or end after separation, and no reliable public retention period applies to everyone. If sign-in or recovery fails, request records through the current authorized former-employee, payroll, or HR process. The IRS can provide certain prior-year wage information through Get Transcript, but a transcript does not replace every record.

Record Retention

Keep records according to your tax, employment, benefit, and dispute needs. No single period fits every situation. The IRS provides a starting point in How long should I keep records?.

Separate Freelance or Business Income

A personal pay-record preview can organize genuine invoices, deposits, and accounting figures for review. It does not connect to either portal, verify income, or replace a Dollar General statement.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are DGME and the pay-statement portal the same login?

The two current pages present separate sign-in and recovery surfaces. Follow the employer's current instructions for your account.

Can I use the portal from a phone?

You can try the verified page in a current phone browser. Inspect the domain after redirects and switch to a trusted desktop or authorized support channel if a control is inaccessible.

How far back are statements available?

This site cannot verify a universal public retention window. Download records securely when available and use the authorized request process if a period is missing.

What if I left Dollar General?

Try only the authorized current route and recovery process. If access has ended, request the record through payroll or the former-employee process.

Does DG Paystub host the portal?

No. It is an independent educational service and has no access to Dollar General or Money Network systems.
