The portal currently displays a notice asking users, including previously registered employees, to register for its updated version. The live notice controls if it changes.

What to Review

• worker identifier and pay-period dates;
• regular, overtime, bonus, leave, and adjustment lines;
• federal, state, local, Social Security, and Medicare withholding as applicable;
• benefit and other deductions;
• gross pay, net pay, and YTD totals; and
• the matching deposit or check.

Ask payroll for the meaning of an employer-specific code. Appearance or arithmetic alone does not authenticate a statement.

If Access Fails

• Use the username or password recovery shown on the verified page.
• Stop repeated attempts if the account locks.
• Ask an authorized manager, payroll, former-employee, or HR contact for the current route.
• Do not enter sensitive information on a lookalike site.

There is no reliable public access window for every former employee. Request the record through the authorized process when portal access has ended.
