What Is eAccess?
eAccess is the employee self-service portal made by Foundation Software, LLC. It's an add-on module to the company's FOUNDATION construction accounting and payroll software, and it lets employees of construction companies log in online to view their payroll information — pay stubs, earnings, deductions, and timecard history — without having to ask the office for a paper copy.
If your employer uses FOUNDATION for payroll, eAccess is most likely where you'll find your pay stubs.
Quick note before you search: The name "eAccess" is shared by more than one product. This guide covers Foundation Software's employee pay portal. There is a separate, unrelated "EACCESS" run by EMPLOYERS for workers' compensation at eaccess.employers.com — that one is not an employee pay-stub portal. Make sure you're heading to the right place.
The Official eAccess Login URL
The official Foundation Software eAccess login page is:
https://eaccess.foundationsoft.com/Login
Foundation Software's own user guides simply tell employees to "go to eaccess.foundationsoft.com." Always type this address directly into your browser or use a bookmark you created yourself — don't log in through links in unexpected emails or text messages. If your employer uses a different or company-specific portal link, check with your employer or HR for your exact login URL.
How to Log In to eAccess
Step 1: Go to the Login Page
Open eaccess.foundationsoft.com in a secure, private browser. Avoid public Wi-Fi when viewing financial information.
Step 2: Enter Your Username and Password
Type the username and password provided by your company's eAccess administrator, then click [Sign In].
Important: eAccess accounts are created by your company's administrator — you cannot self-register. As the login page itself states: "To obtain your username and password, please contact your eAccess administrator." If you've never received credentials, your payroll or HR department is your first stop.
Step 3: Complete the Live Identity Check
Follow only the identity fields displayed on the verified eAccess page and the instructions supplied by your employer. Because identity checks can change, this independent guide does not prescribe which Social Security, license, birth-date, or other values to enter. Stop and contact your company's eAccess administrator if the request differs from your onboarding material.
How to View and Download Your Pay Stub
Once you're signed in, your dashboard appears. Here's how to get to your pay stub:
| Action | Where to click |
|---|---|
| See your latest checks fast | The Paychecks section on the dashboard lists your last five paychecks |
| Open the full list | Click Pay Information on the side menu, or View All in the Paychecks section |
| Filter by period | Optionally enter a date range to narrow the results |
| Open a stub | Click the check number to open that pay stub |
| Save or print | Click [Save as PDF] at the bottom of the screen |
The same [Save As PDF] button is available for the Earnings & Deductions Report and the Timecard History Report under the Reports menu — handy when you need a fuller record for taxes or a loan application.
Common eAccess Login Problems & Fixes
Forgot Password
Click Forgot Password on the login page (it links to admin.foundationsoft.com/Login/ForgotPassword). Enter your username or email address, and as the page explains, "A link will be emailed to you which will allow you to reset your password." Follow that link to set a new password.
Forgot Username
The Forgot Password page accepts either your username or your email, so a password reset may be all you need. Foundation also has a separate Forgot Username page at admin.foundationsoft.com/Login/ForgotUsername. If you can't recover it there, the official guidance is to contact your company's eAccess administrator or your payroll/HR department — they can look it up.
"I never got login credentials"
Remember, accounts aren't self-created. If you have no username and password, you haven't been set up yet — ask your eAccess administrator to issue your account.
First-Login Verification Won't Pass
Stop repeated attempts and confirm the current identity-verification process with your company's eAccess administrator. Do not send sensitive identity data through ordinary email or to an unverified support contact.
"An unexpected error occurred while populating your login verification options"
If you see this message, the usual advice is to return to the home page and try again later. If the error keeps happening, contact Foundation Software support (details below).
eAccess Support Contacts
For account-specific access (credentials, who you are in the system), always start with your company's eAccess administrator — they manage your account, not Foundation Software directly.
For technical problems that your administrator can't resolve, Foundation Software's client support can help:
| Contact | Details |
|---|---|
| Client Support phone (incl. eAccess) | (800) 811-5926 |
| Support email | support@foundationsoft.com |
| Sales / main toll-free line | (800) 246-0800 |
If you're unsure which number to call, check Foundation Software's official contact page for the most current details.
A Quick Disclaimer
This is an independent, third-party guide created to help employees understand the eAccess login process. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Foundation Software, LLC or any related portal. We don't host a login form and we never collect your credentials. Your actual login must always happen on the official site at eaccess.foundationsoft.com. Steps and screens can change over time, so if anything here differs from what you see, trust the official portal and your administrator.
Need to Create a Pay Stub Instead?
If you are self-employed or run a side business, our pay stub generator can organize genuine invoice, deposit, and accounting figures into a personal preview. It is not a substitute for an eAccess statement, cannot verify income or employment, and should not be used to recreate employer-issued records for submission.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is eAccess the same as the EMPLOYERS "EACCESS" site?
No. Foundation Software's eAccess (eaccess.foundationsoft.com) is an employee pay-stub portal. The similarly named EACCESS at eaccess.employers.com is a workers' compensation service run by a different company. They are not related.
Can I sign up for eAccess myself?
No. Your company's eAccess administrator creates your account and gives you your username and password. Contact your administrator or HR if you don't have credentials.
How do I download a pay stub as a PDF?
Open the paycheck from Pay Information, then click [Save as PDF] at the bottom of the screen.
What if I forgot both my username and password?
Use Forgot Password (it accepts your username or email) to reset your password. To recover a lost username, use the Forgot Username page or contact your eAccess administrator or payroll/HR department.
